  1. Hmmmm....The second paragraph is my favorite: the unemployment rate kept steady at 9.7%, my question is: what does it means having an unchangeable unemployment rate yet reports of hike on hiring? very simple: companies are laying off more people than hiring them (6 people are available for 1 job position)...If you read through you will realize that economist are expecting to see an increase on unemployment during this year and to reach pre-recession rate on 2016 (too optimistic considering that every month 100 000 must be created in order to bring pre-recession rates) ... Well at least they are aware of the facts and now that the steady rate was mainly due to the census employments which are temporary in other words: expect a hike on unemployment after the census is done...Like i said before the only sector hiring is the health ...construction works are down, manufacturing is laying more than what they hire...
