We hear about our resilient economy, on how it is coming out of the recession yet when we look at chapter 7 bankruptcies we see an incredible increase...why? obvious: people are struggling with mortgages and lot of debts plus unemployment which makes chapter 13 not an option...The increase on chapter 7 is as high as before the law was created with the purpose to make impossible to file chapter 7...does this tell you something????
