Paterson proposed budget eliminates $35 M from summer jobs while Bloomberg is proposing $ 1 M more, this represents 35 000 less jobs...young guys used this money to buy school supplies for next semester and for 'entertainment'...considering that teenagers are the big spenders we could expect a significant impact on retail stores and entertainment industry
