I am a regular "Joe" may be not a plumber but a regular average next door guy who is concerned with USA economy. Currently underemployed and with a $ 250 000 in student loans and with a bankruptcy filed not long time ago my passion for the state of the economy arouse ... My purpose is to gather information from different journals and or blogs and help those fellows americans interested in the economy have a broader perception of what really is happening.
During 2001 and 2005 the Yuan rose 28% yet USA was loosing jobs and its trade deficit increased ... only a small fraction of what USA imports can really be blamed to China...according to other articles cited the cost comes from other countries...any way given that USA labeled China currency manipulator there are several possible outcomes and if China floats the renmibi there will be several possible outcomes...if China is raises the yuan still there is India and other countries which labor would be cheaper keeping the equation the same but China, one of the biggest emerging economies would send a fear factor among investors which will create disproportionate results all over the planet...you could read the full analysis ...
